O Sensei Akihito Yagi é o presidente da Meibukan Internacional (IMGKA), é filho do Sensei Meitatsu Yagi (10° Dan) e neto do grande mestre (falecido), Meitoku Yagi que foi aluno direto do Sensei Chojun Miyagi (fundador do karate Goju-Ryu). 
  Para além disso ele foi o protagonista do famoso filme, "Kuro Obi" com o também famoso mestre de karate Shotokan, Tatsuya Naka. 
  É um filme único, porque foi rodado com verdadeiros mestres de karaté. Se ainda não viram, aconselhamos a verem!
